Diminar Solutions offers many services that range from
Hosting to PC Repair. "We know there are hosting companies and PC Repair companies
out there already, but we also know that many of them are "fly by night" companies
that just want money. We have also seen in our experience many PC companies that
claim to have fixed your problem but when you get your computer back, it is exactly
how it was when you dropped it off, and maybe a little worse. We want to help those
people out by offering flat fees for service issues. Our goal is to give people service,
and not just any kind of service, quality service for affordable prices. We want to
bring a fresh and exciting quality back to those who have been disappointed in the
past by other companies."
Fixing computers and offering free support is what Kimberly M. Taylor has been doing since she
was 15. Working for small free-lance companies that allow its technicians to chat
with members and guests about all types of computer related issues. She found out
that she enjoyed doing this and offers this same type of service at Diminar Solutions.
Kimberly is the main technician for this company and gives to the company all of her
experience, kindness, and certifications. Kimberly has been fixing computers for
years and goes personally onsite to fix them. Now, she gets customers from Diminar
to fix computers professionally. Diminar Solutions gets contracted to perform serious
work orders for major companies. Diminar also gets contracted out by other
companies, like Dell, to perform simple repair tasks on consumer computers. "I never
thought I would be where I am today. Doing not only what I started doing when I was
young, but now these large companies are contracting me out to do work on servers
and POS systems that cost thousands of dollars. I have always wanted this. I love
learning and I am always making an effort to learn." Kim says.
Diminar Solutions LLC has many job opportunities. "We have contractors and resellers. They get paid on a commission
basis. We will be hiring technicians but not on an employee level. They will be
providers, but only on our network of teams. They will undergo background checks
and drug screenings prior to accepting them for work. They will either represent
Diminar Solutions or any of our affiliated companies that may contract us. They will
be professional and knowledgeable. The employees that do work for us are required
to provide outstanding service at all times. They have undergone training and tests on
their backgrounds for criminal and sex offender records. Drug screens are required. "
